Richard teaches history at California State University, Stanislaus. He has published articles on social Darwinism in the Journal of the History of Ideas and Isis.
Professor Weikart will be joining the editorial board of Origins & Design in 1997, and his reviews of Paul Lawrence Farber's The Temptations of Evolutionary Ethics and Michael Bradie's The Secret Chain: Evolution and Ethics can be found in Origins & Design magazine, vol. 18, no. 1.
